LegalGEN’s Story began in 2022 when the company was founded with a mission to provide attorneys with a fully automated estate planning application. This platform offers a user-friendly and efficient solution that streamlines the planning process, making it easier for attorneys to serve their clients while keeping their data secure. LegalGEN is headquartered in Delray Beach, Florida.

As the Founder and CEO of LegalGEN, Enrico Linscheer’s dedication to the system is fueled by a desire to make a positive impact on the legal field. Having observed the slow adoption of technology within the industry, he recognized that many attorneys were missing opportunities to expand their client base. Through personal experiences, he also became acutely aware of the difficulties consumers face in accessing affordable legal services. His mother-in-law’s decline due to Lewy Body Dementia, the lack of estate planning in place, his father’s refusal to consider an estate plan, and his own challenges in securing a will as a new parent, highlighted the critical need for accessible planning.

Motivated by these experiences and compelling statistics, Enrico set out to create LegalGEN—an innovative, efficient, and accessible platform for both Attorneys as well as Life Planners. This tool enables attorneys to not only broaden their client reach but also streamline their operations, saving time and resources. Ultimately, attorneys who use LegalGEN can thrive financially by offering cost-effective services and estate planning solutions to Life Planners who might otherwise be unable to afford them.
